Hampton Inn & Suites Grove City

All of the staff members were very pleasant and helpful. I appreciated the little gift bag of water bottles and popcorn. The tap water in the rooms had quite an unpleasant taste (hence the water bottles). The shower room was a but sub par. Getting the shower temperature stable took probably 5 minutes, and there was no vent fan. The test of the room was very nice. Lovely curtains, working TV, comfy chairs, comfy bed (bring your own pillow though), and a nice clean sink area. Breakfast food was average but the service by the staff made it a little nicer experience.

Highly recommend!! My husband and I stayed here for a hockey tournament. The staff was so friendly, kind, and overall helpful. Breakfast felt like you were in a restaurant. They keep everything cleaned. The room we stayed at was very clean! We felt safe the whole time we were there. The pool areas was cleaned and checked on all the time. I would stay again!

This is a perfect location if you’re looking to go shopping at the grove city outlets. You’re so close about 3-4 min away! Rooms are a little outdated but very very comfy beds so who cares ;) We had such a pleasure dealing with Jamie. She was everything you need in a front desk agent. Such a kind and helpful person in every question or concern we had during our stay. She went above and beyond for us.next I would like to give a special shout out to miss Dottie the breakfast lady. She was an absolute angel. She always went about and beyond for us whether it was just chatting with us at breakfast WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED HER We also loved missy our housekeeper. She was such a kind hearted woman and aided us in anything we needed during our few days here. Lindsay and Emma was also sweet and helped us at the front desk. Having breakfast included is always a perk! And they have a pool and hot tub. Great location! Anytime we come to the outlets we stay here!

Hear me out on this. They were very kind. The location is great and fairly clean. I’ve stayed here many times over my lifetime for the outlets. This hotel needs updated badly. The mattresses were so old and uncomfortable. I always try to choose nice hotels and you can tell they have a great staff. Invest in this one! Very over priced for condition. Breakfast was fabulous and prepared with obvious care and pride. Invest in these employees. You have a great crew here and that’s priceless. Spend some capital!

This hotel provided everything we needed for our weekend getaway. It was our second time staying and certainly not the last! There was a pool, hot tub, gym, and free breakfast with loads of options. Our room was very clean and had a pull out sofa and 2 queen beds. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is amazing, since there is everything within 5 minutes of the hotel. Overall, we will definitely return!

I stay in a lot of hotels for work and tend to stay at Hampton Inns. As far as low-to-mid budget hotels go, this one is pretty good. The rooms are clean and my stay was quiet... no outside noise disturbed my sleep. The staff here is friendly and breakfast was typical continental fare. Standard waffles, oatmeal, juice kind of stuff. Not fantastic but not terrible either. This most recent trip was my second stay at this hotel. It was good both times and means I'll return again soon.
